We provide digital advertising services on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads. By purchasing our services, you agree to provide us with access to your ad accounts and necessary tools to perform the agreed-upon work. You must ensure that all details provided to us are accurate and up to date.

Service Packages
We offer different service packages (Small, Medium, and Large) and a Custom option. Each package includes specific deliverables as detailed on our website. The terms and pricing for each package may vary, and the payment terms are outlined below.

Access to Platforms

To provide our services, you must grant us access to your Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads accounts as outlined in our instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that access is provided promptly and that no third-party restrictions hinder the completion of the services.

Payment Terms

Pricing: Prices for each service package are listed on the website and may be subject to change. You will be informed of any price adjustments before proceeding with payment.

Invoicing and Payment: Invoices are issued at the start of the service. Payments must be made within the specified due dates. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Initial Commitment:

  • The Small package requires an initial three-month commitment.
  • The Medium package requires a two-month commitment.
  • The Large package requires a one-month commitment.

Refund Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds are provided for services already rendered.

Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide all necessary access and content (where applicable) in a timely manner.
  • Make payments according to the terms agreed.
  • Act in good faith to enable the successful execution of the services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these obligations are not met.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property created by us during the performance of our services remain the property of Sylvan Tjin Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to increased sales or visibility. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the failure of ad campaigns.

Termination

You may terminate your contract at any time after fulfilling the initial commitment for your chosen package. We may terminate the agreement if:

  • You fail to provide necessary access or payment.
  • You violate these terms and conditions.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments will remain due.
